Latest Sharm El Sheikh Travel Advice, 5th November, 2pm

The foreign office is currently advising against all but essential air travel to and from Sharm El Sheikh Airport. The threat level in the actual resort of Sharm El Sheikh has not been raised and the change in advice applies only to air travel. The government decision to suspend flights is a temporary measure while they assess security at the airport.

Flights departing from the UK to Sharm El Sheikh today (5th November) have been cancelled. If you had a package holiday booked, you will be entitled to a refund or you can amend your holiday to another time or destination.

The following Tour Operators have cancelled all holidays departing to Sharm El Sheikh up until and including Thursday 12th November.

**Thomas Cook Holidays

**Cosmos/Monarch Holidays

**Thomson Holidays

If you are due to travel in the next 7 days with one of the above operators you will be able to amend your holiday or get a full refund. Any of our clients due to travel on a Thomas Cook holiday to Sharm El Sheikh will get a £25 discount on any alternative holiday booked.

If you are currently in Sharm El Sheikh on a package holiday, you will be put up in a hotel until a suitable flight can be arranged for you to come home. It is looking likely that flights home may commence from tomorrow (6th November).
