This hilltop hotel has views of the epic Los Gigantes cliffs, as well as across the Atlantic ocean to neighbouring La Gomera. It’s in a quiet spot, but it’s still less than 10-minutes’ walk to the beach.
The hotel has three pools, including a big lagoon-like number. On the food front, there’s a buffet eatery with panoramic sea views, an à la carte option and a snack restaurant. Live shows, meanwhile, are hosted at the music hall.

The main buffet restaurant has huge windows that make the most of the views. Here you’ll find typical Canarian dishes alongside international options. There’s show cooking, too, as well as theme nights. There’s another restaurant, which is à la carte. Food-wise, it keeps things interesting by offering a different menu every night, with themes including Italian and grill. Elsewhere, between-meal bites are on the menu at the snack eatery.
Teide buffet restaurant -
Opening Times: [07.30-10.30 and 18.30-21.30] This buffet-style restaurant specialises in show-cooking with alternating themed nights – including Mexican, Oriental, Canarian and Spanish.
La Palmera restaurant* -
Opening Times: [12.30-15.00 and 18.30-21.30] This place is open as a buffet restaurant for lunch, but switches to à la carte for the dinner service with alternating theme nights. Just so you know, you can dine here once per week and you'll need to book a table in advance.
Nautilus snack bar -
Opening Times: [10.00-18.00] You'll find this snack bar right beside the quiet pool. Grab a light bite here, or go for the daily lunch service which includes paella and barbecued meats.
