Jewels of Croatia Itinerary

Day 1 - Split to Tucepi

Fly to Split and travel to Tucepi, where you spend four nights at the locally rated 4-star Bluesun Hotel Alga. The hotel is set before the impressive Biokovo Mountain next to a shingle beach, an ideal spot to relax.

Day 2-4 - Tucepi

During your stay explore the walled coastal town of Omis or visit Dubrovnik on optional excursions.

Day 5 - Tucepi to Brac

Travel to Split where an included guided walking tour will reveal the UNESCO-listed city and its magnificent Diocletian's Palace. This white-stone Roman palace comprises 220 buildings, and today its arcades and arches are filled with shops, restaurants and houses. There will then be free time for you to explore the city at your leisure and enjoy your included picnic lunch.

Afterwards, continue to Brac, taking a 50-minute scenic ferry trip across the cobalt blue waters for a seven-night stay at the locally rated 4-star Waterman Resorts Island of Brac. It has an excellent setting on the waterfront less than a kilometre from the resort centre. During your stay, take advantage of the Saga lounge which features a free bar.

Day 6-11 - Brac

Although the third largest island in the Adriatic, Brac has remained a sleepy haven of traditional villages, olive trees, fragrant pine forests and rugged cliffs with peaceful bays. It is known for its virgin olive oil and culinary traditions. An included tour takes you around the island, then you have the rest of the week at leisure. Optional excursions are also available.

Day 12 - Brac to Solin

Today, leave Brac and travel aboard a ferry for the one-hour crossing to Split, from where you drive north by coach along the coast to Solin.

Stay three nights at the locally rated 5-star Hotel President. This family-run hotel has a stunning location in the centre of Solin on the banks of the river Jadro.

Day 13-14 - Solin

During your time on the Dalmatian Coast you can join a range of excursions. A half-day included excursion visits Salona, the fourth-largest city of the Roman empire, once home to 60,000 people, while on another day, you can visit historical Trogir on an included half-day tour. You could also take an optional trip to Krka National Park and the historic harbour town of Sibenik.

Day 15 - Solin-Split-UK

Travel to Split airport for your return flight to the UK
