This place is a 5-minute walk from a small sand-and-pebble beach and just slightly further from the bigger beaches of Nisteri and Tarsanas. Plus, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the centre, which has plenty of bars and tavernas.
The self-catering studios are spread across pretty gardens framed by mountains, so great views are the norm. There’s a pool at the end of the complex, and an open-air bar serving cooked breakfasts and snacks.
The rectangular pool is good for lengths, and it’s cocooned in trees so it’s got a tranquil feel. The gardens deserve special mention, too – they’re packed with olive and fruit trees.
FOOD & DRINK
The bar* serves cooked breakfasts, as well as simple snacks like sandwiches. The tables and chairs are set out beneath the trees.
The complex prides itself on its use of local produce, including the full-flavoured Thassos olive oil – particularly good drizzled on a salad.
In the evenings, guests gather for owner Vasilis’ unique brand of entertainment – he puts on shows, which everyone is invited to act in.
The bar* plays plenty of music – everything from rock to jazz – and keeps serving drinks until 1am.
You can expect a terrace in all of these studios plus a kitchenette and air-conditioning*.
