Even though this place has not long opened, it’s been kept typically Moroccan in style. Think whitewashed buildings with arched window openings, and high-ceilinged interiors finished in intricately pattered mosaics.
The property is set in lush, landscaped gardens, just five minutes’ stroll from Agadir’s sandy beach. An underground passageway connects the hotel and the shoreline.
There are a couple of pools to find a sunbathing spot around. Plus, there’s a set of colourful waterslides, including an octopus-shaped one for the smallest splash-makers.
FOOD & DRINK
Buffet meals are served up in the restaurant, where you can choose from an international selection and some local dishes. There’s a speciality Moroccan* eatery, as well.
SPORTS & ACTIVITIES
Tennis, ping pong, football, and volleyball are all on the cards. Or, you can slow down the pace with things like darts, aerobics, and boules. Children, meanwhile, can make friends in the kids’ club.
The tempo is kept up after dark with the help of live shows, karaoke, and folk evenings. You’ve also got a couple of bars to sink cocktails in, including one where live pianists provide the soundtrack.
HEALTH & BEAUTY
The spa* is made up of a traditional hammam, a sauna, a steam bath, and treatment cabins. You can book in for a relaxing massage, or try the signature three-day wellness programme.
You can expect a balcony or terrace and air-conditioning from April to October in all rooms at the Les Jardins d’Agadir. There are twin rooms available with 1 extra bed.
