This family-run place is just footsteps from the sandy beach of Alghero. It’s right in the heart of a residential area, but it’s not too far out from the centre of town – you’ll be there in about 20 minutes if you’re walking. Closer, there are shops and restaurants just a little further on from the beach.

The hotel itself is known for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Step in to the reception and you'll see a light and airy room that leads to a comfy lounge area. Here, sturdy wooden furniture with cream cushions cluster around a coffee table.

Move further in and you'll come to the simple bedrooms. They're light, airy and pretty spacious. Plus, you can opt for one with a balcony.

Outside, there's a decent-sized rectangular pool and a terrace with sunbeds and parasols. It's all tucked in behind palms and vine-covered walls, so it's got a bit of a hideaway feel to it.

Lastly, there's the restaurant. It's a trattoria-style set-up so expect a laid-back feel. Breakfasts are a Continental affair. Evening meals, meanwhile, offer a mix of local and international flavours.
